When purchasing a tutoring hour, payment is required in advance to secure your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 6 hours' notice to avoid charges. Cancellations made within less than 6 hours will not be refunded. If you are not satisfied with a session, you will only be charged for the completed time at the standard rate, and any remaining hours can be refunded.
